We are staying at this hotel for the second time. From the beginning, of course, about the good ☺
The hotel is located in a mountainous area on the shores of the Gulf of Oman of the Indian Ocean. There are two more hotels nearby: Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa - Al Aqah Beach and Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort, a small supermarket and a gas station.
The hotel is decorated in European style, beautiful spacious rooms and most importantly: all with sea views. Therefore, if you want to enjoy amazing sunrises and sunsets for the whole vacation, ask for a room on a higher floor. The numbering of the rooms is as follows: for example - 1034 (where 10 is the floor, and 34 is the room number). All rooms, except for standards, with balconies, we had superior. The rooms are all comfortably planned, a huge bathroom: bath, shower, toilet, bidet. The air conditioner works great; on the balcony - rattan furniture; plasma, video, hairdryer, iron, ironing board. The rooms are cleaned well, there are a lot of towels, waffle bathrobes, slippers.

About the deposit upon arrival. Approximately 500 dirhams are enough (calculate the rate yourself ☺ ), well, somewhere around $ 120.
Very beautiful area: many flowers, flowering shrubs, palm trees, trees, a beautiful lawn. I don’t see the point in describing the entire territory, since it’s all there in the description of the hotel.
The beach is the best compared to the neighboring ones. The sea is clear, the tides are low in the morning: I recommend collecting shells until 9 am during low tide, amazing specimens come across! Sun loungers - rattan, soft mattresses; beach towels are fluffy, not washed. Crabs run along the beach. One day there were jellyfish, be careful. The sand is clean - building countless sand "sculptures", we were convinced of this.
Dear vacationers from Russia (there were a little more of them this year), take pity on yourselves and don't run, according to the Crimean habit at 6 in the morning, to take a place on the beach in order to come to swim at 11! It's just embarrassing! Enough space for everyone on the beach and by the pool. And even if you did not find a free sunbed (which is very, very rare), the helpful staff will immediately bring it to you and put an umbrella, just point where.
The mini club for kids has its own fenced area, a mini pool, and some kind of slides, swings, a play pavilion. The animators in the mini club are good; evening shows are primitive - amateur animators.
I want to note the good work of the lifeguards both on the beach and near the pool (children's and common area): the children are really closely watched. So parents can be calm about their kids, who are not very good swimmers. There are no slides, slides are in Dubai water parks.

The hotel offers food options for every taste, but be prepared for the fact that all inclusive is different from Turkish: a minibar is paid, and the minibar in the room is not only a sealed refrigerator, but also what is on the next shelf: chocolates (4 pcs) - 20 dirhams, a jar of nuts - 30 dirhams, a bottle of wine - 99 dirhams, a large bottle of water is also paid - 30 dirhams. Everything you eat will be included in the bill when you return the room, if the amounts do not agree with your calculations, feel free to ask for a detailed printout. They will listen to you and make adjustments to the bill. All inclusive includes meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner; only dinner (but at least every day) in all restaurants on site; drinks - water (regular and mineral), wine (white, red, pink), whiskey, vodka, beer (draft and bottled), milkshakes, Pepsi, coffee, tea (by the way, Lipton tea bags are terrible! ) etc. - You will receive the list on the day of arrival. Good tea and coffee in the cafe in the hotel lobby, but for a fee. Ice cream and "complex" cocktails for a fee: ice cream (small, in a plastic jar) - 30 dirhams; Pina colada - 45 dirhams, mojito - 60 dirhams. Fresh juices are paid, but the quality of products imported into the UAE is very high, so the juice from the package is 100% natural.
In the evening I recommend spending time in a restaurant by the sea - live music, the sound of the surf, soft sofas on the sand, no fuss. Everything is very nice and sincere. Not many, unfortunately, know that eating on the breakfast-dinner system, your child under the age of 12 can safely go to lunch or order dishes from the children's menu of restaurants on site for free (carefully read the information issued upon arrival).
For mothers with babies: strollers for rent, high chairs in the restaurant, the choice of food is small, but if you ask the manager at the restaurant, then they will pack boiled vegetables separately in the room on a plate and pour milk into bottles. From the general table: milk porridge, vegetables, juices, a lot of fruits. No buckwheat and mashed potatoes ☺ Dinners in the main restaurant are themed: everything is delicious - seafood (stewed, boiled, grilled), meat, fish; vegetables (fried and steamed), snacks (spicy and not so), cuts, pastries for every taste, juices, desserts, yogurts, dairy products, vegetables, fruits.
There are several tennis courts on the territory of the hotel, so for a fee only court lighting in the evening, and in the morning and afternoon - play as much as you want, which we did ☺ .
Buy tanning products at home, everything is a little expensive in the hotel shops.
For fruits and simple souvenirs, I advise you to go to the local Lulu supermarket (20 minutes drive from the hotel). At the reception you order a taxi: you wait about 15 minutes; costs 125 dirhams (round-trip and waiting for about 2 hours); The bill will be charged to your room.

About sad things: there are few flies in the restaurant, but still! One day in the evening there was a queue to the restaurant - we went to a Thai restaurant for dinner, we were very pleased. Music, a large selection of dishes, all attention is only for you. Draw your own conclusions! Even if you eat according to the all inclusive system, when ordering any drinks, you will need to sign checks with a list of what you ordered. Don't be scared: everything free is free, and they need checks for reporting. But still a little uncomfortable.
And yet, when you arrive at this hotel, you will find a beautiful beach and a beautiful sea with many fish, shells, crabs and even jellyfish ☺ ; mountains not skyscrapers, positive staff, clean pool and healthy food. Have a good holiday everyone!
