We arrived in Dubai on December 1.2013, passed through passport control fairly quickly and got our luggage. We flew with the tour operator Natalie, there are no complaints about the company, one "thank you very much". Everything went quickly and in a few minutes we were driving in the direction of Fujairah. We got to the place for about 2 hours in a very comfortable car together (although we didn’t order an individual transfer), we didn’t even notice how time flew by. At the hotel we were greeted kindly, within 10 minutes we had already received the keys to our room (we arrived around 4 pm), but no welcome drinks were even offered, although when I read the reviews, there should be.
The room is large enough, a huge bed, everything is there: hairdryer, safe, iron, bathrobe, slippers, kettle, coffee and tea replenished every day, 2 bottles of water every day. Bar for an additional fee. Towels are changed 2 times a day, our room was cleaned by a boy, very attentive and friendly. We had a room on the 8th floor with a sea view, we liked it. We took breakfast and dinner, everything was delicious and varied. We went to the hotel restaurants for lunch. We visited Italian, nowhere and never saw such a disgusting taste and look of pizza. The seafood served there was delicious. The soups are so-so, except for the puree soup (I liked it), although the prices are quite high, For example, the soup costs 50 dirhams. Ordered Tiramisu and was not happy. I advise you to eat on the coast. There is an open restaurant overlooking the sea, delicious food and a breeze from the sea. Personally, flies annoyed me, flies at breakfast, at lunch, on the beach - for a 5-star hotel this is wild, although they say that they always have flies in winter. The girls from the hotel next door said they couldn't sleep because of the flies. In outdoor restaurants, smoke plates are placed to scare them away.
I didn't mean to write a negative review. I liked the hotel, there is enough space for evening walks, excellent breakfasts and dinners. Wonderful beach with great entrance. Every morning, the rescuers wrote greetings for vacationers on the sand: "good morning", "Have you good day", etc. - it was nice.

Animation in Russian in the evenings, the whole day the animators offer something: yoga, aqua aerobics, beach volleyball, etc. December 1 was my birthday, and I did not regret that we spent this day and the following week in this corner of our such an immense globe. Many waiters are from our former Soviet republics and speak excellent Russian, there are no problems with the language. The hotel has a multinational contingent of vacationers, everyone is friendly and welcoming. For those who want to relax with children there are playgrounds, a club, a swimming pool. The pool for adults is quite deep and large. The hotel and its grounds are beautiful and pleasing to the eye. The staff is friendly and smiling. Towels are issued on the beach on the card that you receive upon arrival, you can change at least the whole day several times. Sunbeds and umbrellas by the pools and by the sea are free and enough for everyone, no need to run at 8 in the morning and take up seats. In general, it is pleasant to visit in winter in summer.
