For a long time I dreamed of going to the United Arab Emirates and finally it came true. I chose a hotel on the very shore so that it would not be hot. Traveled with my 10 year old daughter. Standard room, type of food all inclusive, tour operator "Natalie Tours", departure from Yekaterinburg. Arrived in Dubai at 22:00, met the car from the hotel, to the hotel raced at a speed of 120, about two hours. The hotel itself is very similar to the photos on the sites, very simple, nowhere easier. He reminded me of our five-story buildings in a residential area. At the reception, people spoke at the expense of an exorbitant deposit and dissatisfaction with everyone and everything, some were not even aware that Ramadan. Against the backdrop of general dissatisfaction, they didn’t take a deposit from us at all, but removed the minibar. The standard room is quite tolerable, only the carpet is dirty, but there are slippers and bathrobes, dampness was felt, the air conditioner rattled. The concept of the hotel in Russian did not reflect anything at all, what is included in the "all inclusive" system. As a result, of the declared restaurants, only one worked, the bars on the beach were closed, although the travel agency claimed that Ramadan would not affect the rest. Of course, I very much regretted that I took all-inclusive, in fact, for 9 dinners, I paid $ 1.100 for two. The food at the hotel at that time wished for the best, very modestly. The system of the "restaurant" is not worked out at all, they check you during the course (they look in the lists), then the waiter asks for the room number and still confuses you. Check the checks that will be brought to sign!! ! And don’t sign for anything, if something is not clear, otherwise the money will irretrievably disappear from your account. cheap hotel, besides, he receives a subsidy. In general, please do not disturb her, and if something bad happens, do not call her, but call on orders for tours for fur coats and excursions.
I did not like the organization "Natalie Tours". They sent back in the "pazik" at 3 o'clock in the morning, 18 people, suitcases on the seats and look for yourself where is your check-in desk, the driver is responsible.
The whole beach is dotted with gobies, during our stay it was not cleaned even once. In the course of the water, sand is not everywhere, the mask was taken in vain, it was stormy all the days. Pools are normal. There are no flowers and greenery, there are a few palm trees. The hotel did not impress at all.

We went on an excursion to Dubai from "Natalie Tours" very much, we especially liked the guide Tatyana, Verka Serduchka is resting. We also visited Fujairah, brought to Lu Lu, a bus from the hotel, you need to sign up on the first day upon arrival, otherwise there will be no places. We visited the Dubai Mall, went to boutiques in it, the prices are the same as everywhere else, somewhere a little lower, and somewhere, on the contrary, higher than ours. Fur coats are also not at all cheap, prices are not lower than ours, but there is a choice.
In the end, I want to say that the hotel is certainly not 5 stars, the price and quality are also not compatible, in my opinion a little expensive. I liked Dubai, maybe we will fly there in the winter. I no longer consider Fujairah as a beach holiday, and I don’t recommend this hotel to my friends, everything is very simple, this is not a minimalist style, but a lack of funding, perhaps the new owner will put things in order there, but so far he is clearly in no hurry. And if you do not know English, then get ready for the fact that they do not understand you, but this is far from the case. Have a nice holiday everyone!
