This is evidenced by such seemingly trifles as meeting the porter upon arrival, opening the car doors, picking up luggage directly from the trunk, etc. By the way, it should be noted that at the Dubai airport we were met by a mini-van, in which the three of us were traveling (apparently no one else checked into this hotel with us that day), but the transfer back was already by bus : ( The distance from Dubai to hotel 90 km, on the way from 1.5 to 2 hours.
As noted above, the staff is responsive and extremely helpful. The porter escorts you directly to the room, where he explains in detail where everything is and how to use it. Our room was suspected with an extra bed, but this bed was not available when we checked in. After a couple of phrases from the porter, "three from the casket" flew in and within 10 seconds laid out the bed and arranged and hung out everything necessary for the 3rd person.

The interior, the territory of the hotel, swimming pools, etc. at the highest level. No animations, etc. , which is nice, nice relaxing music sounds everywhere. The beach is clean, but after small waves of the ocean, it sometimes throws out all sorts of dirt, but the hotel staff cleans everything up. It was frustrating that on the last day there was a small amount of fuel oil : (
Because we arrived late in the evening, and our tour included only breakfast, we had to dine at the bar on the 1st floor by the main pool. For those who are going to go to this hotel, I will say right away - food and drinks are very expensive. For a salad, two sandwiches, two coffees and one juice, we paid 220 dirhams (about $60). I note that the portions are large, so it is quite possible to divide 1 sandwich into two (in order to save money : )). Therefore, calculate what is more profitable - order half board in Russia or experience some inconvenience in search of food. Of course, you can take a taxi to the Lu-Lu supermarket in the neighboring village of Dibba (ordering a transfer right at the hotel in both directions is 50 dirhams, you can order one way for 25, and catch it back at the supermarket for 20), you can go eat at the nearby Holliday motel Beach (on average about 150 dirhams for a full meal), but this is not very convenient. However, you choose.
Change money at the airport upon arrival and preferably an adequate amount. We decided to change a little, counting on the exchange at the hotel, but there the exchange rate is much lower (3.3 versus 3.6 at the airport). In the same place, at the airport, whoever needs it, buy alcohol and immediately hide it in your luggage. Near the hotel, just behind the entrance to the above-mentioned 3 * motel, there is a kiosk with alcohol. We dived there three times, but on the third time at the entrance to the territory of our hotel I was stopped, demanding to show the contents of the bag (take opaque bags with you). I refused, citing private property, and I was not examined. But it was unpleasant. No sanctions followed.
