Hello to all curious travelers!
We were together with a friend at the Radisson Blu Resort at the end of April on a breakfast-dinner system. This was the first trip to the Emirates and a lot was a curiosity - the country is certainly interesting and worth the trip, even if you have been to all of North Africa.
Dubai airport left something else impression - both flights were delayed for 1 hour + 2 hours in line for passport control at the entrance will not please anyone. The bus carries everyone from the plane in a crowd to different stops, and it’s not easy to figure out where to get off. Almost flew to Nepal.
We were driven by Natalie Tour. Pretty decent. We met, saw off, told - everything was as it should be.

Excursions they have prohibitively expensive, but went to Dubai "excellent" - and a walk through the Arabian Venice, and Khalifa, and fountains. The Moroccan bath also left a great impression. We got pierced on the Fujairah sightseeing tour (guide Tatiana) - nothing was heard, 4 hours the three of us in the back seat of a car... after complaints, 50% of the amount was returned. Thanks to the guide Irina for standing up for us.
The hotel itself left a good impression. Clean, well maintained, beautiful, stylish. Quiet. Birds sing in the morning. Hermit crabs frolic on a wide and long beach.
They didn’t take a deposit from us and offered to have lunch instead of the dinner we missed on arrival. In general, the food is decent, but one type of fish for all 10 days (sea tongue) does not decorate the chef (maybe I should have taken breakfast only, but I didn’t risk it). But what were the watermelons and pineapples! The sea is clean, there was no oil. The climate there, however, is not suitable for everyone - the humidity is high, and even at 7 in the morning +37 - a bit too much. Evening - +30.
Minus - the radar next to the balconies and some quarry work nearby.
From purchases - do not leave for later, in duty free Dubai-2 there is not even coffee except for Nescafe, although it is not small. I liked the local juices very much. Where else to try camel milk, if not in the Emirates!
Good luck with your trips!
