There is a room with a balcony and a kitchen, there is just a balcony, there is no balcony and even the windows do not open there. The villa has a place where you can park your car. Most of the guests come by car, as there is a protected area and there is an opportunity to cook food. Therefore, this is not a 4 star hotel - but a simple motel from the category of 2 stars. Behind the reception there is a swimming pool and a restaurant. And cars drive along the carriageway and park where the footpaths are. Therefore, whatever you are crushed is purely your problem. The room stock is old, the furniture is shabby. Plumbing doesn't work everywhere. Either there is no hot water, or the toilet does not flush. I was lucky: I had no light, the TV and air conditioning did not work. From the reception you are taken with your things to the villa in an electric car. You check in - when you turn on the TV, the light, the hotel employee sees - that nothing works - says - one moment and leaves. You try to move to another room, but instead they send you electricians, plumbers. Then it turns out that you need adapters for sockets - and you call the reception, and you also don’t have face towels, soap and toilet paper. In the evening you want to open the window, but it doesn't open in your room! I just want to cry! Food. From 7 am to 10.30 this motel has breakfast. If you do not eat milk, sweets and eggs, then you will gnaw on stale bread with hummus. On the third day of my stay, I went up to the waiter, took stale bread and knocked on the plate - it’s not even possible to break it, not bread, but a stone! The waiter came out of the situation, he offered me to heat it! One breakfast was overcooked beef bacon. There is no tea or coffee in the free space. It is necessary to catch the waiter - take a cup from him, and then the second one - to pour coffee or tea. The whole breakfast is served by three waiters - one at the entrance smiles at you - writes down the room, you chase after the second one, take napkins and a cup from him, after the second one - to pour coffee. Lunch takes place in another hotel - in the Plaza. How to get there - no one tells you. They just say - turn left and go, you saw the Plaza - go to the restaurant. On the first day, I found this Plaza the second time, they stop me at the entrance and ask where I'm going, I explain that I'm going to the restaurant, I show the hotel card, they tell me not to go here! And I return back to the hotel and ask where the dinner is taking place - they tell me again - go to the Plaza! I'm going back there, they won't let me in again! Other people are not allowed with me. I return to the reception again - and already with a claim - take me to lunch! They call somewhere, after which they tell me again to go to the Plaza! From such an attitude, I wanted not only to cry, but to make a scandal! I went back to the Plaza. They let me in at the reception and showed me where the restaurant was. But! Be careful - if you take half board (this is breakfast and lunch) - drinks at lunch are not included in the price! Even water! If you want to drink - pay! Have you tried lunch without drinks? Try it! When I bought the tour, I was not even warned about this. Everywhere they write that living in.... In this motel, you can use the infrastructure of the 5-star Plaza Hotel (where lunches take place), but in fact you enter the Plaza at lunchtime and through it you pass to the sea, because in your hotel there is no sea, not even a piece of the sea! Towels will be given to you at the Plaza. To do the same yoga or drink coffee or juice at the Plaza reception, do not even disgrace yourself - they will immediately show you the door. There is no entertainment - and what kind of entertainment can there be in a motel? Many write that you drive around the hotel in an electric car - yes, you drive with a suitcase when checking in and with a suitcase - moving out. I also saw reviews where they indicated that they take you to the seas by bus - a complete lie. 7 minutes walk. The closest place to eat is a supermarket which is a 30 minute walk! Who writes - a five-minute walk is paid reviews! Even Google map gives you a walking time of 20 minutes at a brisk pace. In the heat, 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back is an exciting experience. To be honest, you're not there. Sea. Pure beautiful. But very cold. No one bathes maximum legs can be wet. For 7 days, a ticket from St. Petersburg alone cost me almost 80.000 rubles. I have a spoiled mood, a spoiled vacation!
