I left this hotel in a terrible mood. Let me start from the beginning: my daughter and I checked into the hotel at 19.30 on 07/31/19. At the reception there was a girl who absolutely did not understand the Russian language. She spoke in English. Naturally, we didn't understand it either. I did not know then that the mini bar is paid. The next day I find out that it is paid. I went to reception and asked to remove the mini bar. By the time I got up they had taken everything.
Went to dinner in the evening. They ask what we will drink. I am tea. They show that tea costs 25 dirhams ($ 6.5). Means to eat included, but to pay extra to drink. Horror. And more such prices. Pure mockery. And all 6 days we had to carry water with us for dinner. Checking out today and they billed $80 for chips and fanta, 0.33 ml coke. HORROR.
