The hotel was chosen based on reviews. We arrived at night at 2:00, settled quickly, although we bought an early check-in. The staff is friendly and helpful. We took all inclusive, not much more expensive from a full board but the benefits are huge. High-quality alcohol, delicious cocktails, German Keizer and Dutch Amstel beer, canned. Alcohol is served from 12:00 to 24:00. A la carte meals, menus in English and Arabic. The staff, apart from English and partly Arabic, does not understand other languages. There is sometimes an employee at the reception, a Turk by nationality, he speaks Russian, and another Kazakh girl, who is usually from 12:00 to 19:00, at a separate table in the lobby.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all attractions and entertainment centers were closed, Tui offered a private tour for two to Dubai for $900!!!
Naturally, we refused, we found an excellent Russian-speaking guide, who picked us up from the hotel in his car in the morning and brought us back late at night. During the tour, we saw all the sights of Dubai, visited the islands of palm trees, stopped by the mosque in Sharjah, we wanted to go to Abu Dhabi, but the mosque is now closed, and the emirate is also limitedly allowed. It all cost us $200 for two.
