Visited the hotel in November 2022.
The overall impression of this small hotel is good, in line with the quality-price ratio.
Since I had read the reviews of travelers who had stayed at this hotel before me, I knew what to expect, so I immediately checked the mattress in my room (it turned out to be hard as a stone, which was predictable), and I demanded to change the room to another one, with a normal, soft mattress, which was done right there. Apparently, they are first trying to put everyone in rooms with stone mattresses, and they are waiting to see if it will work? It looks like they are filled with sand from the beach....
In the hotel, 50% of the guests are Russians, the rest are Indians, Arabs, Afghans, and even got a pretty old man from Australia. The hotel is clean everywhere, there are no unpleasant smells anywhere, everything is carefully cleaned and cleaned, although the furniture and plumbing are old. There were no Russian channels on my TV.

Towels are given 2 per person, cleaned every day.
Change of linen according to an incomprehensible schedule, did not understand the frequency. There is a microwave, kettle and glasses, plates.
The staff at the hotel are Indians, quite friendly, and immediately responsive to comments and requests. In the evenings, you can play table tennis by the pool.
Wi-Fi is free, and throughout the territory, and in the rooms, with good speed, which is very nice. On the first day you take the login and password at the reception, and it does not change.
The restaurant is clean, tablecloths, there are very few visitors, there are always a lot of free tables, and you can pour water into bottles from a special container. The food is unpretentious, but no one got sick, everything is delicious.
You can go to the city paid beach (on the left) with a tour voucher, then it is free. For lovers of solitude - right and a little to the right of the Summer land hotel, an abandoned deserted beach, pretty dirty, there are few people there, there are no lifeguards, you can do whatever you want, even drown in the sea, no one cares.
The hotel has a free shuttle to Deira City Center every day. Departure at 15-45, back at 21-00. There is an announcement at the reception with the exact time of departure, check. This is a very good service, convenient for shopping lovers. Opposite the hotel is the building of the Beach Hotel, which has been empty since the beginning of covid ....when it opens, it is not known
Will I return to this hotel? I think yes. In our time, there are few inexpensive hotels in which you feel quite good, and nothing irritates, and summer land is just that!
