Visited the hotel in November 2022. The overall impression of this small hotel is good, in line with the quality-price ratio. In the hotel, 50% of the guests are Russians, the rest are Indians, Arabs, Afghans, and even got a pretty old man from Australia. The hotel is clean everywhere, there are no unpleasant smells anywhere, everything is carefully cleaned and cleaned, although the furniture and plumbing are old. There were no Russian channels on my TV.
Towels are given 2 per person, cleaned every day.
Change of linen according to an incomprehensible schedule, did not understand the frequency. There is a microwave, kettle and glasses, plates.
The staff at the hotel are Indians, quite friendly, and immediately responsive to comments and requests. In the evenings, you can play table tennis by the pool.
Wi-Fi is free, and throughout the territory, and in the rooms, with good speed, which is very nice. On the first day you take the login and password at the reception, and it does not change.
The restaurant is clean, tablecloths, there are very few visitors, there are always a lot of free tables, and you can pour water into bottles from a special container. The food is unpretentious, but no one got sick, everything is delicious.
You can go to the city paid beach (on the left) with a tour voucher, then it is free. For lovers of solitude - right and a little to the right of the Summer land hotel, an abandoned deserted beach, pretty dirty, there are few people there, there are no lifeguards, you can do whatever you want, even drown in the sea, no one cares.
The hotel has a free shuttle to Deira City Center every day. Departure at 15-45, back at 21-00. There is an announcement at the reception with the exact time of departure, check. This is a very good service, convenient for shopping lovers. Opposite the hotel is the building of the Beach Hotel, which has been empty since the beginning of covid ....when it opens, it is not known

A polite young man named Maxim appeared only the next day, carefully wrote down our claims, spoke with the hotelier at the reception and we never saw or heard from him again. Zero sense. In general, the salvation of drowning people is the work of the drowning people themselves. It should be noted that the hotel (the old building) was not well designed. It has the shape of the letter "P", the open side of which goes to Al Mina, and this is the port route. Trucks and fuel trucks go even at night, so it is very noisy. The food was normal, breakfast was edible, lunch and dinner were delicious, milk and fruits were scarce.

The room was cleaned every day, towels were also changed often, separate towels were given out for the beach. The hotel does not have its own beach, but on the territory there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a paid beach nearby from another hotel. A little further, there is a free city beach, I liked it more than the paid one due to the lack of sunbeds and a long coastline (we walked with pleasure). I can safely say that the UAE is a great place to relax, for us personally it is much more preferable than domestic resorts, and it is cheaper and the level of service is higher.

The variety of food is quite poor, there is a cauldron restaurant nearby, but you can eat much tastier in other places, for example, not far in a fish restaurant, like a sana bar. And so, apart from hotels and sand, there is no civilization around, it takes almost an hour to get to it! Fortunately, there was a bus to Dubai from the hotel, but it is very old, which is very felt in such heat. There are no Russian-speaking staff in the hotel! But there is a Shan Tours tour agency with him, where we first went with questions. They even took 2 excursions there, although the girl Alina turned out to be some kind of intrusive and boorish there, they fell for the prices, but the service was not pleasant there. And the service also let us down - the buses are not very comfortable, they are late for the tour, the collection, although a small group takes a long time, only the guide is the only thing that is normal. Nothing good was seen in the country, terrible heat and sand. It would be better to fly to Turkey for a week.
