We were at the hotel in the second half of April 2011 together. The room is good, but the hot water did not immediately heat up until we figured out why…. In fact, the room consists of a living room and a bedroom, very spacious and comfortable. Everything worked: TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, although everything is not new. As a prize upon arrival in the room free of charge were sparkling water, water, beer and a fruit basket. By transfer: at first, the travel agency took $ 200 from us, but then it turned out that the transfer was free on the hotel bus and upon arrival home we were returned this money.
Indeed, you can go to Dubai, to the shopping center by hotel bus for free, but you will have to stay there for about 6 hours in order to go back on the same bus. There is nothing special in shopping centers, just ordinary shops. This trip must be booked in advance. The sea is good, the sandy beach is relatively clean. There were enough sunbeds and umbrellas for everyone. Everything is free.
You can not pay for dinner, but go for 5 dirhams (1 dirham = 8 rubles) to the Lu-Lu supermarket (5 minutes) and buy groceries there, prices are about the same as in our stores (Auchan, Monetka, Pyaterochka, etc. ). If we go next time to this hotel, then we will not take dinner (in order to lose weight). Didn't find a liquor store anywhere as described in other reviews. The staff are friendly and don't ask for money. At the reception they speak a little Russian, it is quite possible to explain. The only thing that left an unpleasant impression was the meager breakfast that was given to us on the way back, since we were leaving early in the morning at 5 o'clock.

In general, the impression of the hotel and the rest is very good.
