Run away from this so-called travel agency and its director Nina Ivanovna - a shameless and dishonorable woman. We sent the children on school holidays on a trip to about. Khortytsya. 3 excursions were promised, a performance of the Cossacks, a set lunch of Ukrainian cuisine, etc. She spoke very nicely. And as a result, tired children arrived, who were hungry all day (!!), out of 3 excursions there was only one. →

We went by bus - the bus was normal and the driver Andrey drove us quite safely. Hello dear travelers! I want to share my positive experience in cooperation with the Aquamarine tourist center. Our family has been traveling with this travel agency for 10 years already and we are very satisfied with the service and services provided. We visited China, Hong Kong, Malta, the Czech Republic, Turkey, Hungary, Greece ... all countries and not count, and almost all of them flew several times (I liked it so much!) From the rest we received only positive emotions and never encountered a bad organization. →

My husband and I went on a tour to the Seychelles - this is a real paradise on earth. Around the splendor that can not be described in words, you just need to go there! This summer we traveled the USA. We visited the coast of the Pacific and Atlantic oceans, on the river. Colorado, as well as on the border with Canada (saw Niagara Falls), and 5 miles from Mexico were in San Diego. We drove through the Nevada desert, fertile California and the famous road 66. Niagara Falls left a special impression - we were lucky with the guide. →

Aquamarine is one of the worst travel companies I've ever dealt with. It all started before we left Donetsk: the driver LATE ONE HOUR, crowds of people stood for an hour, and perhaps even an hour and a half with bags at the dusty station, waiting for the bus. The trip to the Crimea lasted as much as 12 hours (I personally got sick). Then we were settled in a hotel located on a dusty road, which was located 40 minutes walk from the embankment (that is, we had to either drive or walk through the whole city). →

I want to say a huge thank you to Nina Ivanovna Roslyakova for the most wonderful week in my life!!! Wonderful organization of the tour, answers to all my questions, help with the documents necessary for obtaining a visa, a control call to my mobile on the day of departure. Do you want to be shamelessly deceived, and then also laughed at for your own money??? ))) Then you are here! We were traveling in two groups, in the most stupid way, "attached" to each other. At the entrance to Prague, we waited for the first group for almost two hours for Nina Ivanovna to get on the bus and say two phrases to us. And this at a time when the guide was waiting for us!!! The excursion program was not completed! A tour of Lviv was "stolen" from one group, and a tour of Prague from the other! There was no acquaintance with the Charles University either. →

I haven't been to Europe...that's why I got caught in a scam! Organizer Nina Ivanovna Roslyakova and Oksana Nikolaevna Kagalovskaya - PEOPLE, hear these names - run to hell))) Not only that, the rules of stay in the country are not maintained (instead of 10 hours of stay in Dresden, there were only 3 hours of which 30 minutes were allocated for visiting Dresden art gallery - what can be seen in 30 minutes?????) and they also didn’t want to give change in euros after paid excursions to people, they say, we’ll give it back in Ukraine when we arrive in hryvnia . →
