We would like to share our impressions of our trip with the Six Wonderful Moments tour. Although initially they planned to go on the European Walk tour. But two days before the date of departure, we were informed that the tour would not take place, they say, the group had not gathered. We were offered a choice of several other options, from which the above tour was chosen. →

We bought the tour back in the summer - it seems "early booking" - is it true? .When the tour was canceled - due to the fault of the travel agency (they offered tours instead that did not suit us) - the problem was solved, it seems, just return the money - and we all forgot about you, like a bad dream. But no, because we live in Ukraine, we have there can’t be simple solutions (the mess begins with the travel agency Datur (Zhytomyr) through which the ticket was issued, sends a request for a refund - everything seems to be normal, but no - after 3 weeks from the Accord there are "problems" - bank details do not match, etc. →

Tour "Rome attracts us" bought almost 2 months. My agent, according to the tour operator, told me that on October 6 the trip was in doubt, very few tour packages were sold. I called the tour operator myself and asked if the tour is in guaranteed tours, can I be sure that it will take place? In an uncertain voice, they answered me that there is no guarantee that the tour can be canceled the day before the start, and that the tour is guaranteed, nothing means! They kept them in suspense almost to the end, and then they answered, why, they say, you are worried, because the tour is guaranteed, it will take place anyway! Well, very strange informing customers! I liked the tour itself, I saw what I had dreamed of for a long time, but everything was running and running, there was no time even to take a normal picture. →

My husband and I decided to go on a bus tour to celebrate my birthday. We were given a double-decker bus, which is not designed for long trips! Almost all the seats in it were broken (they are not adjustable and there are a lot of already recumbent ones ... my husband sat in a recumbent state for the whole trip, I was more fortunate, semi-recumbent))). →

Before the speech, I recently contacted with an accompanying group in Accord, for which I went on a tour and found out what fate they introduced a new rule for them: if you don’t have a tour on Accord’s website, at least three positive reviews with photographs, then the group will be taken into account pay more) to that more cores of the group now ask tourists to write on the website Accord reviews, or write them yourself, so you can show yourself if there are truthful and real opinions, or you can find food not in your mind, think, maybe clerks and managers Accord respect their client-tourists, why stink like this to their own practitioners? Vidpovid, I think, is obvious. →

Tour to Germany we paid for 3 months. It didn't take place. "Accord-tour" offered a slightly more expensive replacement with the Netherlands. We chose within half an hour and before our eyes (in half an hour) the cost of the tour increased by 50 Euros. We called, were indignant, we reduced the cost to the original. First disappointment: TERMINAL-A. If not for the positive emotions from the upcoming trip, it could be described as follows: a bus station with a queue of 40 minutes for a coffee / sandwich and 15-20 (!!!) minutes to go to the toilet. →

I went with Accord for the second time and only because I liked the program of the tour to Paris, which was canceled for no reason a few days before departure! No one compensated for the cost of tickets, the booked hotel and the lost vacation, at least with an apology. Rebooked for a tour to Italy, refused to return the difference in price. Terminal A: flea market, 1 toilet for several thousand people, rudeness of an Accord worker. →

Returned from the tour "The adventure of the restless or even more Italy + San Marino!" and I want to share my impressions so that people do not fall for false advertising. Of course, my review will be deleted, but I will post it wherever I can find it. This was the fourth bus trip with the Accord. Before that, they were in 2004 to Hungary, 2011 - Paris and 6 countries of Central Europe, 2018 - Greece. →

This is my first time traveling by bus. The three of us went to the Prague "déjà vu + Vienna". The overall impression is not bad: reasonable prices, free transfer to and from terminal A, free excursions in the tour price, sockets in the bus, ... The ARKO hotel in Prague was very good, very clean white bed linen and towels, a good breakfast . →

Tour Soulful weekend from 25. 08. 19 to 28. 08. 19. Briefly - Tour of gas stations in Europe. Horror started from the very beginning. 9 hours at the border under the scorching sun in a bus without air conditioning! The first city of Prague - a wonderful day, a wonderful guide, a good hotel! Then everything. . . We fly to Vienna, we are late for the tour, instead of 1. →
