The proposed replacements have always been inadequate, much worse + surcharge. Judging by the size of the surcharge, the managers of Accord simply sought to take advantage of the situation of people who had already planned a vacation. →

At the mega-cool terminal A (according to the guide, of course), there are so many people as if the borders were opened only yesterday, because of this, even the banal potatoes in the bistro are undercooked, and in order to sit down at least somewhere, you first need to circle around the hall like a kite 30-40 min. Needless to say, they begin to collect money for excursions on the territory of Ukraine, a tour without night crossings implies a check-in no earlier than 2 am, you had to eat / go to the toilet at home, etc. →

The first time we went to Europe by bus tour. I liked everything. Although it’s hard because of the long journeys, but everyone who chooses such tours knows what he’s going for. The organization is excellent, all excursions are on time and very interesting, departures and arrivals are exactly according to the announced schedule. to the head of the group Anna Kirichenko - a pro, a smart girl and a young woman - organized everything like clockwork: hotels (all 5 in four countries) are decent, breakfasts are decent, guides on the ground are all pros. →

When choosing a tour, the service was good, no problems arose, little choice and not quite what we wanted. It was a tour bus trip. tour name - Beautiful Venice! Transport was not very good, not very convenient, small and not comfortable. I almost did not go on additional excursions, I was only in Venice - I liked it, but in Budapest it was bad, they showed only part of the embankment and this is not what I would take this excursion for next time. →

Accord tour is a company with a disregard for the client, for which it is only important to get their money without really giving anything in return. Our trip was a success only thanks to conscientious and responsible people. To the wonderful and responsive group leader Ivan, professional drivers Yuri and Alexander. Knowledgeable tour guides. Their attitude allowed us, despite everything, to enjoy such magnificent cities as Krakow, Prague, Vienna and Budapest. →

Went with Accord twice. I can't say that everything was fine, but I also have special complaints. However, back in December 2018, I was careless enough to buy a "miracle tour" called Stylish Italy with a departure on June 3, 2019. Thanks to the "guaranteed tours" option, it soon became clear that the tour is not happening. But Accord's managers assured me that they would find me an alternative even if I didn't do the tour. →

Absolutely disregard for customers. Accompanying Anastasia Popova is both laughter and sin: a person cannot speak normally even in their native Ukrainian, she absolutely does not care about tourists, she talks nonsense all the way (do not expect that they will tell you about sights or show an interesting film, you will watch in Orel and Reshka at best and listen to her "interesting" stories from life, she is constantly rude and lying. →

The organization is zero! Excursion to Mount Gellert cost each 8 euros (the price for the fact that the tourist will be taken to the mountain). Hours of sightseeing were given 20 minutes. "You will not return in 20 minutes, the bus will not wait for anyone. We will go without you, then you will get to the meeting place" - said the guide. Not bad so earned in 20 minutes. →

guides lose people along the route and do not take into account the time on the road and the arrival of tourists on trains; the attitude is very bad; they don’t even apologize; they impose excursions in which tourists are not interested; but the desired excursions are canceled for unknown reasons - you can’t trust the written tour program !! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! →
