Disgusting! 14.44, weekday. No one is on site, no one answers calls to all numbers from 12.49 !!!! I've been stuck in front of the office for an hour, even though it was agreed!
Stayed at the hotel for 11 nights at the end of April. We arrived early, so it took 3 hours from check-in to check-in. Immediately put on the bracelet, i. e. all services on site were available.
One-story houses, a large territory, a very diverse coastline with 5 beach areas for every taste - from a pontoon with corals to a quiet lagoon with a sandy entry into the water (see satellite map).
Three attempts - three tours bought from Accord - ended with a refund. Bought well in advance, planning a vacation. Each time the tour did not go, although twice it even shone in the Guaranteed. The proposed replacements have always been inadequate, much worse + surcharge. Judging by the size of the surcharge, the managers of Accord simply sought to take advantage of the situation of people who had already planned a vacation.
