Review of the hotel Jolie Ville Golf Resort 5 * (Sharm El Sheikh). Many thanks to TA "Amerigo Vespucci" for the prompt selection of the tour, while also hitting 10 according to our Wishlist J I must say right away that this is our third trip to Sharm, before that we rested in Siva Sharm 5 * and Sharm Plaza 5 *. And according to most hotel requests, this hotel is better than not only them, but also more expensive hotels. →
I was disappointed with cooperation with TPG Agency. There are some non-professionals working there who have absolutely no respect for people. Not a single stage of work with them went without problems. There were problems with the hotel, and the flight was delayed, and for a long time. There was also a mess with the transfer. First they took us in the other direction, since there were people who knew the area and reported errors in time. →
TPG Agency - an agency with a low client orientation. Employees do not even try to take into account the wishes of customers in anything. In addition, there are other problems. For example, we were not told the time of the return flight, at first we were taken to a completely different hotel and many more small nuances. But thank God everything was resolved safely. →
TPG Agency is a mid-level agency. I won’t say that there were directly serious problems, but there were many nuances, which does not allow me to highly appreciate this agency. It is unlikely that I will ever use their services again. Problems with check-in at the hotel and transfer left their negative imprint. → |
