Irresponsible firm

I bought a tour to Belarus to visit Santa Claus at the end of December. At the railway station, 20 minutes before the departure of the train, my wallet, money and cards were stolen from me. Obviously, I couldn't go. I immediately called all the phones, because of force majeure, they didn’t really say anything what to do. It was Fri, they say, call the office from Mon, we will decide something (the question was about a partial return of money). On Mon it turned out that the application is considered only if there is a statement to the police about the theft (VERY strange that this was not reported on Fri, but only mumbled that it was too late to call at 9 pm - although the phone number was indicated just for such cases) . In any case, I wrote an application to the company, the consideration period is something like 30 days. During this time, no one even unsubscribed anything, other people's and unearned money turns out to be not too tight for anyone. I understand that some money was paid for hotel accommodation, for an excursion and so on, BUT this is a damn force majeure! Moreover, I checked in at the railway station, they say I arrived. Why then sign a piece of paper called a contract, I think it is necessary to immediately stipulate that we are “scammers” and in which case we will not return anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Why waste your nerves and money for low-quality and defective services? You have to pay only for quality! Therefore, I recommend everyone to think very carefully before going with them anywhere.
