Bought a tour to Turkey and the hotel Amara Club Marime for 9 nights, paid and waited for documents (vouchers and tickets)! The tour company "Let's go with us" (for some reason in the contract as "Rest together" and FOP Antonenko EA), did not provide us with vouchers or tickets! We went to the airport just with passports, not even knowing our flight (((And in Turkey, our family learns that we will not rest for 9 nights, but 8 nights, although we paid for 9 nights! Work in this terrible and miserable office unskilled and stupid staff who do not know how to communicate with tourists and competently select tours! And despite the fact that this was not part of our duties, we forced the guide to apologize to you! As for hotels - all this is a subjective opinion. I will not go to Bulgaria in every top five, as I know what service should be in good hotels. And I always recommend to tourists only those hotels that meet their star rating!!! And if the hotel is a garbage dump, I’ll say it straight out that it’s a garbage dump.

There were no problems with the hotel! We, thank Krashenka, chose the hotel ourselves and came only to pay for it, to which they began to warn us that there could be problems with it, because. she doesn’t have enough stars))) We didn’t have any problems with her, tk. everything that we could learn for her, we already knew and were not going to change our opinion. We were very lucky with the hotel))

As for the seats on the bus, this is just the responsibility of the travel agency that reserves the seats for us on the bus. assigns specific seats to specific passengers. These places cannot be changed (without the mutual consent of the passengers) either on the way to the country or on the way back!
The problem was precisely that no one was interested in anything, the money had already been paid, why solve problems with some places?!)))

guest747, You are categorically wrong. It is always clearly stated in the Travel Service Agreement that the agency is not responsible for the actions of the carrier. The agency does not seat passengers, we can only ask for certain seats, and, as I understand it, your seats suited you, it’s another matter that someone occupied them, but what can Passport Plus do, how to influence?
