Everything was fine in the agency, I have no complaints about them. Girl Svetlana designed everything well. I have very big complaints about the hotel itself. We had a TUI operator and they positioned the hotel in 4 stars, inspecting it in the month of April. But this hotel is not more than 2 stars. Very, very dissatisfied. From the side of the agency, everything was well designed and I liked everything, but the fact that they offered me this hotel, I don’t know what they were guided by. But here they consulted with TUI and they advised this hotel. TUI I am absolutely dissatisfied. Flights are great, transfers are great, no delays and everything is great.
