On the website of the company VoyageOrganization Group there was information about the sale of bus tickets to Bulgaria. We bought tickets from them, and after 3 weeks they called and said that our money was transferred to someone, and they went bankrupt. And they advised us to boorishly contact the company to which they allegedly transferred our money. They lie all the time, money - more than 200 er - is still not given back. Nobody has abolished law and decency in Ukraine yet.
Who knows how well you knew and knew at the signing of the contract that the direct executor of transportation was Tour Operator "Iltur", which was directly transferred money for your trip and a receipt for which you were issued ... which for some reason simply disappeared in the person of its director and it is still unknown where he is ...
Didn't the company offer you 3 options for resolving the issue in connection with the current situation?
- return the money earned by the company except for the amount already paid by the operator
- apply to the bank where the guarantee of the Tour Operator "Tour Operator Iltur" is issued
- pick up travel from other carriers at the lowest possible price with the confidence of our earnings ....
And for some reason this point, where in 2014 you demanded and threatened and chose the option of entrusting our earnings and the amount of moral compensation, you keep silent
Why until 2014 you were silent (it is no secret that a tourist should apply within 14 days if something is wrong with him), everything suited you, and in 2016 you decided to demand a tenfold return from the company ....
I will not go into details, much less I can not go to the individual because of the trial.

Unfortunately, we are not the Verkhovna Rada, which can oblige banks to return funds to tourists under a bank guarantee.
And the judge, sorry for the clarification, is also guided by the law and as a civil servant, having read all the documents, which clearly states that the mediator is Voyage Organization Group, and the direct executor of the tour operator "Tour Operator Iltur" - for that he and the judge therefore made the corresponding decision.
And don't equate everyone. If you have someone on "feeding" as you write .. then we probably have luck ... or unfortunately ... in this situation there are no such options and we honestly earn our income and fulfill our obligations which are laid down and depend on us
We respect everyone and do everything possible for each of our tourists

Especially who but you - Professor of Social Communications, Institute of Journalism. Taras Shevchenko to know and understand about this (before I apologize for lowering to the level of discussion, but as much dirt as a person pours out simply can not be silent)
