My family and I love to travel. We plan our "museum" vacation ourselves, booking flights and hotels through I-net. But beach holidays are usually cheaper through travel agencies - charters are much cheaper than regular flights, and a hotel is not always cheaper directly. In December, we decided to go with friends to Sri Lanka. We chose the Flower Garden Hotel based on the reviews of foreign tourists (the Germans usually really appreciate). The price with breakfast and dinner suited us very much, the territory is a Garden of Eden! We turned to the agency "All Inclusive" to Yulia Adamenko, she booked the named hotel and flight for us. Got a deposit for the tickets. And then it turns out that the hotel reservation was not confirmed. As it turned out later, there was a queue of people who wanted to enter this small hotel. . . In principle, we didn’t want to go to another hotel and we decided collectively to refuse the trip. But Yulia said that this was impossible, in any case she had to buy tickets worth about 10 thousand dollars. We took pity on the girl and began to choose other hotels that she suggested to us. One, for example, was at the cemetery and well. d. :) in general, with grief in half, we chose The Palms in Bentota, which with breakfast only was 20% more expensive than our first choice with HB. We paid for the entire tour and with trepidation began to wait for the documents. We received tickets before departure, a voucher for a hotel, insurance in our names but with the wrong address and no contract! It’s useless to find out something :( Having prayed, we left and the jokes immediately began: the plane took off for Dubai after 5 hours, landed in Doha in the middle of the night. Only in the morning we got to Dubai and naturally missed the flight to Colombo. "Thank you" Fly Dubai gave a hotel near the airport , where we are without things, but at least we washed and had lunch. We took a tour of the city - super! We returned to the airport by 19-00 because our flight to Colombo was supposed to be at 21-45. But we flew out at 1-30 at night. It turns out Fly Dubai is famous for such disruptions in the schedule and travel agents are well aware of this and try to send their tourists with another carrier.But this is not about "All Inclusive!" In Kyiv, we paid for an individual transfer to the hotel - we achieved it in only 3-4 hours! Before that, they called Yulia and asked to control.Yes, and at the cost of the transfer - we paid for 1 person as for a taxi in one direction. In general, it was not necessary! 2.5 days without sleep and change of clothes is a magical start to the holiday. Meeting Roman from the company Join Up deserves a separate story - a rare slacker who did not organize anything! Julia made us pay for Christmas dinner at $ 125 per person, supposedly Join Up does not allow otherwise. It is interesting that other guests of the hotel paid $40 on the spot, although dinner was not worth this money either. For you to understand, we celebrated a birthday there for 12 people with lobsters, king prawns, beer and fresh juices for $ 150. In general, there were no 2 days of rest, but no one offered us to compensate for this :) with what - the contract was prudently not drawn up! Therefore, in summary - be careful in choosing a travel agent and a carrier company: I do not recommend Fly Dubai, Join up and All inclusive. The country of Sri Lanka is magical, the Sri Lankans are nice people, but do not rush with a travel agent, it is better to work with trusted people.

Corporate holidays in Austria, Christmas 2012
In general, I really liked the organization of the tour to Austria. It is very good that they warned in advance that the hotel is officially 4 * in fact lower and the customers were ready for this, so there were no misunderstandings and dissatisfaction. It's good that the main group lived in the same hotel, we easily organized ourselves there. A good location was chosen and all basic requirements were met.
I really liked the work of Olga Shpitalenko, professionally, with desire and excellent speed, which is very important for us. Thank you very much! Anna Chornaya is also well done. :)
Now for what I could improve:
= we need to accommodate all our clients in one hotel, this is quite important.

Вцелом, мне очень понравилась организация тура в Австрию. Очень хорошо что предупредили заранее что отель официально 4* по факту ниже и клиенты были готовы к этому, поэтому не возникло никаких недоразумений и недовольств. Хорошо, что основная группа жила в одном отеле, мы там легко организовывались. Было выбрано хорошее место и удовлетворены все основные требования.
Очень понравилась работа Ольги Шпиталенко, профессионально, с желанием и отличной скоростью, что для нас очень важно. Спасибо большое! Анна Чорная тоже молодец. :)
Теперь о том, что бы я улучшила:
= нужно всех наших клиентов селить в один отель, это достаточно принципиально.
В остальном все было замечательно. Я лично отлично отдохнула! Спасибо! :)
