This travel agency, Last-minute tours Kvadrat, was once recommended to us by friends and for this we thank them very much! Four times we have already had the opportunity to cooperate with these guys. Initially, I was immediately pleased with the number of interesting tours and reasonable prices, and when we arrived at the agency, we saw a friendly team and a culture of communication. The hotel, food, organization was carried out by the operator. Mandrivochka only offered this tour and carried out a transfer to Odessa by train and back to Nikolaev. The operator reassured us and you that the program was well thought out, the hotel is excellent, the location on the Yablunetsky pass is very picturesque, they also agreed on food step by step. . . I called the operator in front of you and asked your questions. The fact that the hotel will provide bad food - no one could have imagined. . . . for our part, answering your questions during the tour, we tried to somehow influence the owner of the restaurant, but she, extremely, turned out to be impenetrable, which you, my dears, had to see for yourself. The only thing I regret is that upon arrival, you did not write a complaint against the name of the operator, as we advised you. He was ready to defend your position and was completely on your side.. I don’t know if this would have had any effect on the hostess, but maybe at least a little money could be returned. . . . I understand everything, you bought this program from our office and we, for our part, offer you our deepest apologies. Yes, unfortunately, service in Ukraine is not predictable. . .
Уважаемые наши отдыхающие! Спасибо за отзыв. Действительно очень жаль, что принимающая сторона (отель Беркут), таким не лицеприятным образом принимает отдыхающих... Тур был операторский. Гостиницу, питание, организацию производил оператор. Мандривочка только предлагала этот тур и осуществляла трансфер в Одессу на жд и обратно в Николаев. Оператор обнадежил и нас и вас, что программа продумана, отель прекрасный, место расположения на Яблунецком перевале очень живописное, за питание они тоже договорились пошагово ... Я при вас созванивалась с оператором и задавала интересующие вас вопросы . О том, что отель предоставит плохое питание - никто не мог и представить.... мы со своей стороны, отвечая на ваши вопросы по ходу тура, пытались каким-то образом повлиять на хозяйку ресторана, но она, на редкость, оказалась не пробиваема, в чем вам, дорогие мои, пришлось на себе в этом убедиться. Единственное о чем я жалею, что по прибытию, вы не стали писать жалобу на имя оператора,как мы вам советовали. Он готов был отстаивать вашу позицию и был целиком на вашей стороне. Не могу знать, возымело бы это на хозяйку какое либо воздействие, но может хоть небольшие деньги и получилось бы вернуть.... Я все понимаю, эту программу Вы покупали у нас в офисе и мы со своей стороны приносим Вам глубочайшие извинения. Да, к сожалению, сервис в Украине не предсказуем...
