Repeatedly used the services of the agency "Daria". Great tour company with great staff. Our vacation already begins with a visit to our beloved Daria. Girls know hotels and resorts well, they will always warn you about all the nuances. In February of this year, we planned a trip to Egypt. 2 days before departure, it turned out that it was urgently necessary to replace the husband in the documents with the grandmother, so there were circumstances at work. →
We have been traveling with Daria for the past 5 years and always remain mega satisfied. A selection of tours is a hit in the top ten! Super professional and personal approach to each client. Our wishes and whims are always taken into account :) During the last visit at the beginning of 2020, we received a pleasant gift in the form of a corporate calendar. →
Good day. It never came to the purchase of the tour because of the attitude of the manager girl. I didn’t even recognize the name, because I was confused due to the attitude to work in the service sector that was unacceptable to me .. I only remember that the blonde, at the entrance to the office, is right and right. The girl did not express any interest in buying a tour for me and in providing any advice. →
I applied to Daria Tour with a new passport. They only take documents, there is no help in registration at all !!! In the queue you need to stand together with everyone and in the photo and to receive. They didn’t meet the deadlines, they promised on the same day (they didn’t even bother to call), as a result, the date was moved. Because of this spoiled mood, a plowed day off, and everything else is the most interesting: I urgently picked up a tour (in another agency), they made a reservation for me, but without a passport they cannot make a final reservation for a flight. → |
