Company with irresponsible customer service

Hello, I want to share my experience of a trip to the sunny country of shrines - Israel. I bought a ticket for the period of my vacation to Israel because I really wanted to visit the holy places of Jerusalem, etc. I chose Israel because at this time of the year (November) I was not interested in the sun, but I just wanted to get enough of impressions (well, I got enough on my head) . I must say right away that after reading the reviews about Israel, or rather their border service, I clarified the information with the Tour Operator, but they reassured me by saying that everything always goes well and since I have a job in Ukraine and a family, there will be no problems, just need to learn the tour program well . I did just that, but it turned out the opposite. I was deported, spent the night in terrible conditions, and instead of pleasant ones, I got a bunch of negative emotions and almost 600 US dollars missing. After a written appeal, I received a response in the style of "we have nothing to do with it." This is not the attitude of decent and self-respecting agencies. In short, I will not leave it like this and will try to make sure that your travel agency suffers losses in the amount no less than I suffered. Or your conscience will still wake up and you will try to find an alternative solution that will suit everyone.
