On a three-day trip (August 24-26), the vacationers were accompanied by the director of the Dolphin travel agency - Svetlana, I don’t know her last name, because she didn’t introduce herself. Double rooms were declared - instead, you could choose one of the options: check in for four, settle on your own, you can get your money back and do what you want, check in in a private sector, where the toilet is in the garden, and instead of hot water - a summer shower in the same garden . →

I have never seen such a terrible attitude towards their tourists from a travel agency. 24.08.12 my family and I purchased tickets to the TA "Nikolaev Dolphin", director Sergeeva Svetlana Vladistavovna, site https://sites.google.com/site/dolphinmkua/home The cost of a three-day tour to the Western Crimea (Okunevka, Tarkhankut) was 650 UAH per person (accommodation in a 2-bed room, hot water, meals, swimming pool, excursions, and, if desired, a boat trip along Tarkhankut 60 UAH). →
