We have traveled a lot before with different agencies, but have never seen such a terrible service anywhere. Initially, we wanted to go to Tanzania, we were offered several options and we chose one of them. A few days later we were informed that they could not offer us a tour at such a price and we had to pay extra money or choose another country. We began to look for a tour to Sri Lanka and, guess what happened a few days later? That's right, it turned out that again they could not offer a tour at a previously agreed price. → |
