Travel agency "Iris" in Donetsk offers excellent weekend routes (see website iris-tour.dn.ua) I live in Odessa. I was a guest in Donetsk and got on an excursion "Champagne wine factory in Artemovsk and Salt mine in Soledar. The trip was wonderful. I applied for services to the travel agency "Iris" with the intention of visiting the island of Khortytsya. The trip was scheduled for 08/13/2011. At the request of the manager of the company, she made an advance payment on 08.08.2011. The staff of the agency assured me of the reliability of their company and the quality of the services provided. Unfortunately, everything turned out to be far from as rosy as they were told. →
