Irresponsible people, same company! Our Sharm Plaza Hotel is 5 stars (actually 3!). While ordering, arranging and paying for the tour - everyone is very friendly and welcoming. But: in fact, the hotel was not the one to which we were sent, the guide is disgusting. In September 2012, my husband and I wrote a claim to the travel agency, but they didn’t even apologize to us. I do not advise you to go through this travel agency, as these people do not know where they send tourists, and I avoid any responsibility. →

I have used this company several times already. There are no complaints about the organization of recreation. Selected hotels correspond to the desired. Professional and friendly staff. Great location and office decor. It is very nice to be in the room while the tour is being arranged. Manager, professional in his field with significant experience.
