This agency is a scam! Managers talk normally until you pay money for the tour. But they deliberately try to deceive people and this is not good. Ultimately, now my lawyers are handling this case and I will sue this company. I had a rest, but not in the quantity and quality that I was promised. They cut my tour short. It was strange from the start that no one had flights on the dates that I was promised, but for some reason they had them. They swore and swore to me that there were plane tickets, and we included all these nuances with them in the contract. But when they gave me the documents, it turned out that they also did not have tickets and they refused to refund the difference for shortening the tour.
