This agency is a scam! Managers talk normally until you pay money for the tour. But they deliberately try to deceive people and this is not good. Ultimately, now my lawyers are handling this case and I will sue this company. I had a rest, but not in the quantity and quality that I was promised. They cut my tour short. It was strange from the start that no one had flights on the dates that I was promised, but for some reason they had them. →
We chose this travel agency because only they had a flight on the right date. We flew for 10 days in the UAE. Manager Valera kindly showed me some site - that's it, everything is there. The price was good, and we abandoned trusted travel agencies and bought a ticket from Marche-tour. Everything became clear upon receipt of the documents - the tour was reduced by one day, the flight was postponed to an uncomfortable time (although the flight that was written in the contract was carried out by the auto carrier on schedule). →
I bought round trip tickets from them. The child got sick and I had to return the tickets, they have no refund, I returned at the railway station, they said that the money would be returned no later than two weeks. It's been three years and there is no money. They say wait up to 90 days. But when I bought through the Internet, the money was returned no more than 3 days. →
My wife and I went to Egypt for the first time. We have been to several agencies. Market Tour was chosen according to the criteria: convenient location, work seven days a week, behavior and attitude towards the client. Julia, the manager, picked up a great vacation for us in Marsa Alam, Laguna Beach Hotel. Everything we wanted. There was no one else in the hotel from Ukraine, the rest of the vacationers are almost all from the Czech Republic. → |
