They let me down very badly, I applied for a visa to Spain through this agency, they promised to make it to me in a week, but they did it in 3 weeks! in 3 weeks I could do it myself and much cheaper! When I started to resent, they started to be rude to me in general, they say rejoice if they deliver it at all, although initially there is a 100% guarantee. →
For the first time, I was going to go on vacation abroad, and also alone. Thanks personally to Veronika for choosing a tour where everything suited me: the hotel is excellent, the staff is excellent, the excursions are great. I rested for 100 points.
