The travel agency let us down with the return transfer to the airport.

The trip itself with this travel agency was not bad, but at the end of our holiday we were in for a huge disappointment.

At the appointed time, we left the hotel to wait for our transfer to the airport, but the car was late. After 15 minutes, we started calling the 24/7 customer support number, but it was disconnected. Found other phones, got through. the girl said that the car will be in 10 minutes. After 10 she did not come, there were about three more calls with promises that the car would be there now. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for the transfer and left for the airport in a passing car, which we miraculously managed to catch an hour before the departure of our plane. Luckily, it only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport.

There were no sensible answers from the tour company why there was no car. The manager only denied that there were traffic jams and the car was delayed, but the Google maps service did not support her version of traffic jams.

I would like to comment point by point:

1. Your tour was on the "Fortune" system and you came across the Macki Hotel in Rimini. This hotel received 3 stars from the official and only organization in Italy that has the right to "issue" stars to hotels (as you understand, here we cannot be held responsible for the state structures of the Republic of Italy). On the world's most popular travel resource, this hotel has a rating of 3.68/5 based on 41 reviews (http://bit.ly/1nO8YP0). This is certainly not much, but this is an Economy option and for the price for which we sold this tour, this is not a bad option at all.

2. It is a pity that the Italians made such an impression on you. Most likely you are out of luck: believe me, for the most part they are the nicest people (albeit quite quick-tempered).

3. The fact that the bus hired by the receiving party was late and, in fact, never came to pick you up is absolutely unacceptable. For this we, of course, must be held accountable (albeit indirectly). Of course, we are obliged to compensate you for the money spent on the taxi. It's 20 euro
4. For the fact that your vacation was overshadowed by the factors described above due to the fault of the Italian side, I want to apologize on behalf of Mandruy Cheaper to you and offer you a voucher for 50 euros for your next purchase with us. If you don't want to buy anything from us anymore, we will, of course, refund you 20 euros for a taxi.
