We bought the tour at "Mandrui.com", I don't remember the exact address, it is located in Kyiv, in the center. The tour was sold to us, but I picked it up myself. The girl at the agency told me a lot of things. Everything was clear with the transfer. →

I bought a ticket to Egypt. The rooms do not correspond to 5 * when checking in. The numbers are paid for. They do not correspond to what was offered when buying. Tours are really cheaper than other companies. Agents are working. The only thing I would like is more contact “agent-tourist” because since the time we got to the rest, the manager has not contacted us anymore, she didn’t even ask how we got there, and at the end of the rest, too.
