I bought a ticket to Egypt. The rooms do not correspond to 5 * when checking in. The numbers are paid for. They do not correspond to what was offered when buying. The tour operator did not help when contacting and did not solve the issue. The girl with whom we coordinated all the points does not get in touch. Question not resolved.

10/22/18. I am now in Egypt in this hotel. We arrived, we were pleasantly greeted, quickly put on bracelets and sent for breakfast. A large selection of dishes. Everything is delicious.

We are 4 people. 2 adults and children 4 and 9 years old. The youngest daughter has autism and she is not always manageable. We went to rest

First time in 3 years. To improve children's health and also to look after a hotel for possible business cooperation. The spouse is an athlete and looks after the location for outdoor competitions. We chose not a cheap 5 * hotel with a normal number of rooms. We wanted to have a good rest. In Egypt for the first time.

After breakfast, we went to the reception until 12 and began to check in.

They quickly arranged everything and gave the key. Once in the room, we saw that it was terrible. The furniture was very old. The 2-storey bed for children was in a dangerous state. The furniture is shabby, there are no sockets. We turned to the reception. We were told there that there are no new rooms, the hotel is old and 30 years old

Then they began to show shabby, dead rooms. Decrepit, shabby furniture, old lamps, some do not have normal sockets. We ran through 4 rooms. There is nothing adequate. The children are tired and nervous. The daughter threw a tantrum in the hotel lobby. calms her, lifts her in her arms and consoles her. She does not let him out of her sight, then in her arms she breaks out, then again descends to the floor. The son is nervous and cries.

We turned to the guide for help. As a result, they showed a room for 2 rooms with a sagging dirty sofa, dusty curtains, stained curtains. Old sloppy beds, crookedly nailed pictures.

Tables. Drawers don't slide out normally. Everything dried out. Old lamps. All this does not give the impression of a 5 * room. Believe me, these are not exaggerated requirements, but adequate requirements for the neatness and cleanliness of the room. The feeling is unpleasant. We are disappointed.

The guide offered a compromise to settle now in what is and change the room for tomorrow.

We can’t check in. There are things in the old room, but in what they want to give us, it has not yet been removed. THE SITUATION IS HORRIBLE. Difficult night flight, screams, daughters, fatigue, son on nerves. Daughter fell asleep in the lobby of the hotel in the arms of her father. The picture for the hotel is inconvenient

We were urged to take a number.

I had to take an uncleaned 2-room dead number. The bellboy calls and asks to send my husband to help him move things and this is in a 5 * hotel.

We wrote to the tour operator in Kyiv.

The operator "Mandrui" reacts sluggishly to the situation. He asks to wait until tomorrow. The issue has not been resolved. The girl with whom we coordinated all the moments is off and does not get in touch. The situation with the number has not been resolved.

It is clear that the next day the situation will not change dramatically. The guide at the hotel will try to persuade us to stay with what we have. The whole vacation will be with hostility and a desire not to rest, but simply to survive and leave so as not to remember again.
