I chose Mansan by chance, but then I never regretted it.

I was looking for a short tour to Slovakia more with the aim of obtaining a multi-visa to Schengen, and at the same time for a pleasant stay on March 8th. I first found on the Internet the "Relax in Slovakia" tour for 4 days with visits to thermal springs and mountains, and then I looked up which tour. companies sell it. Among these travel agencies was Mansana. I liked their site - simple and tasteful. Since there were about 2 weeks left before the tour, I hurried to call the manager. This tour is supervised by manager Natalia. It so happened that I called on the day when the collected packages of documents for all other tourists should have already been sent to Uzhgorod for sending visas. Natalia called back to Uzhgorod and it turned out that there was still an opportunity to collect documents for me and my mother and send them to Uzhgorod additionally. I had to hand over documents during the evacuation of Kiev offices on the day of fierce fighting in the center of Kyiv. I am very grateful to Natalia for agreeing to accept my documents at home and after hours. Despite the situation in the country, the documents were sent to Uzhgorod on time, my mother and I became happy owners of Schengen multivisas, and the tour went great. There were only 15 people on the bus, the accompanying guides and the driver were attentive, listened to the wishes of the tourists, they told us and showed us a lot in Slovakia. I am not a fan of bus tours, but there was nothing to complain about. Thank you Mansana for your willingness to help and for a great vacation!
