I went to Lviv with my boyfriend, I was very impressed, very satisfied, a lot of pleasant memories, visited the castles that I dreamed of, took wonderful photos against the backdrop of the old city) this is not the first time I contact this agency, I was very surprised to see bad reviews, t .to many of my friends and acquaintances speak very well of this company) I am satisfied with everything: the price, the staff, and the convenient location, not far from the metro))). →
In 2008-2009 I went on weekend tours with this company. Only 9 trips. each of them was organized superbly, no complaints. Agent Vika Nazaratiy is just super. You will come to her, she will lay out all the information, what to take with you, how to dress (if there are features), etc. She talks excitedly, her eyes glow, it is simply impossible not to go. →
A month ago, we contacted the Menorah company, they were interested in a weekend tour. Picked up, left an advance payment. Departure next Sunday. A couple of days later they called - the group did not pick up. "What to do?" we ask. "Your trip is postponed to next Sunday," was the reply. The answer was a man who did not introduce himself. The next Sunday we were surprised to learn that the departure will take place (and will it take place?) clearly according to their schedule, that is, in a couple of weeks. →
It is under this motto that the Menorah travel agency sends children's groups to the Kanaka boarding house. In rooms for 4 people (for 440 UAH / day) there is old destroyed furniture, dirty ragged wallpapers, shabby chairs, terrible bed linen ... and a complete unsanitary environment: they don’t take out the garbage, they clean it badly and once in 10 days, rusty taps leak, sinks get clogged every other day, sewerage flows regularly. → |
