Bought 4!!! vouchers to Bulgaria - they all chose themselves, the hotel, the number of days, all by themselves - via the Internet, because. in this travel agency, if only to sell at a higher price, if you choose something cheaper, they start to intimidate that they will not be held responsible and all that!!!!
Thank God that we all chose ourselves - the hotel, the staff - everything is just wonderful, and this despite the fact that our hotel is 3+ on the website of this travel agency, 3+ on the tour, but in fact - 2+ stars! ))))
Everything was wonderful, and the rest, and the country, and the service - all at the highest level BUT !!!!!!!
When the bus left for Bulgaria, our seats were 4.5 and 8.9, i.e. close to the driver - everything is great. On the way back, the bus for us arrived 3 hours later than the appointed time (they explained that our hotel was the last one and these are all our problems)! When we got on the bus, we were put in a "gallery" and this despite the fact that the seats on the bus do not change on the way back. The guide was told that we were seasick and in general our places were in front, and not behind, he immediately got nasty about the fact that we were the last to go and our places were already taken - a mother and a child (for which someone asked and paid for the guide, of course) are sitting there. A woman with a child "froze", like once the guide has already been paid, then you don't need to communicate with us! When we started to "make noise", the guide said that now he is in charge while we are on the bus and these are our problems, that we are not satisfied with the places, do whatever you want, nothing will change!
Upon entering Ukraine, we called home and the family began to contact the travel agency, they were told that they could not do anything with the guide and let them endure when they began to make noise further and called 3 dissatisfied families, only then they realized that "the case is pakhent kerosene" and somewhere in Mariupol!!! We have already been moved to our seats. The guide was rude and threatened all the way! We agreed to meet at the firm itself in Donetsk. When he came to the company and began to understand, he tried to convict us of all mortal sins!!! At the same time, the director sat and was silent, it was clear that she absolutely did not care, because the money had already been paid and no one would return it back, and the fact that we have now come and express our dissatisfaction - it just takes her time!
So if you want to get REAL services, bypass this travel agency on the 10th road!!!!

And despite the fact that this was not part of our duties, we forced the guide to apologize to you! As for hotels - all this is a subjective opinion. I will not go to Bulgaria in every top five, as I know what service should be in good hotels. And I always recommend to tourists only those hotels that meet their star rating!!! And if the hotel is a garbage dump, I’ll say it straight out that it’s a garbage dump.
И не смотря на то, что это не входило в наши обязанности, мы заставили гида перед вами извениться! А что касаемо гостиниц - все это субъективное мнение. Я не в каждую пятерку поеду в Болгарию, так как я знаю какой должен быть сервис в хороших гостиницах. И я всегда рекомендую туристам только те гостиницы, которые отвечают своей звездности!!! А если гостиница помойка - я так прямо и скажу, что помойка.

Проблемы с гостиницей как раз не было! Гостиницу мы, слава крашенкам, выбрали сами и пришли ее только проплатить, на что нас стали предупреждать, что с ней могут быть проблемы, т.к. звезд у нее маловато))) Проблем у нас с ней не оказалось, т.к. все,что могли за нее узнать, мы уже узнали и мнение свое менять не собирались. С гостиницей нам ОЧЕНЬ повезло))

По поводу мест в автобусе - это как раз ответственность турфирмы, которая бронирует нам места в автобусе - т.е. закрепляет за конкретными пассажирами конкретные места. Эти места не могут быть изменены (без обоюдного согласия пассажиров) ни по дороге в страну, ни на обратном пути!
Проблема заключалась как раз в том,что никого и ничего не интересовало, деньги-то уже уплачены, зачем решать проблемы с какими-то там местами?!)))

По поводу гида... Начнем с того,что сначала все "бока" предъявили нам - мы распивали спиртные напитки))) ХАХАХАХА! Это был очень "умный" ход)) Но даже если бы мы их и распивали, то при чем тут места в автобусе???
А гида заставили извиниться не вы, а мы сами!!! После очень долгих и бурных споров в присутствие молчащего директора)

guest747, Вы категорически не правы. В Договоре на туристическое обслуживание всегда четко прописано, что агентство не несет ответственности за действия перевозчика. Агентство не занимается рассаживанием пассажиров, мы можем лишь попросить определенные кресла, и, как я понимаю, ваши кресла Вас устраивали, другое дело, что их кто-то занял, но что тут "Паспорт плюс" может поделать, как повлиять?
