My friends and I are experienced travelers, we dealt with various travel agencies, but this is the first time we have come across such “happiness”.
We had to bring documents to the travel agency in several visits - the company is open from 9.00 to 18.00. Therefore, having arrived there by 17.00, we were sure that we would successfully hand over the documents to the travel agent and be able to calmly tune in to the trip. It wasn't here! By 5 pm all the representatives of the travel agency had gone home. We called them back and agreed that we would arrive at the travel agency by 9.30 the next day. However, another setback awaited us - at 10.00 the office was still closed. By 10.30 we finally handed over the documents and relaxed ... but in vain.
Over the next few days, I had to bring a number of documents, which the representatives of the travel agency did not report in advance. 2 days before the start of the tour, we got a call back, saying that all our documents and air tickets are ready and you can pick them up at the office.
However, upon arrival at the office, it turned out that only vouchers and insurance were ready. Air tickets in electronic form promised to be sent to the post office after lunch. Toward evening, we had to call Podoroj Mriya ourselves and remind about our tickets - they explained that there were some problems on the Join Up website, the tickets were sent. The flight turned out to be from Zhulyan, at 6 am, by an unfamiliar Aerotrans company. Although representatives of the travel agency assured that we would fly to UIA.
12 hours before departure, we tried to find our flight on the Zhulyan website, called the airport back - but they could not give us any information about our flight. Nerves were already on edge - we called back to Podorozh Mriya, where we were kindly assured that it was just a charter flight, so there was no information about it. Fortunately, it occurred to us in the evening 8 hours before departure to go to the Join Up website and read the news about the postponement of our flight the next day, at 16 pm!
We learned about the transfer of the flight ourselves, the travel agency did not even bother to inform us about it! As we later learned from communication with our fellow travelers, some non-Kiev tourists arrived in Zhuliany by 3 am and waited at the uncomfortable airport until 4 pm.
Thus, in addition to the spent nerves, we had a whole day of rest in Greece.
Draw conclusions, dear tourists - choose only a proven travel agency, a responsible operator and happy travels!
Yes, with a child, when troubles occur, it always hurts the heart. And it's not the companies who come up with the train schedule. And computers are not that reliable. It is not possible to insure everything.
This year, my son went to the Laspi camp, they ordered through the Laspi company. Everything went according to plan, no hiccups. What surprised me: before leaving, a girl from Laspi called 7 days before leaving and asked all the information we had ready for the camp, once again checked the time and date of the meeting of the children. No complaints! Only a good assessment of the work!
Да, с ребенком когда происходят неприятности всегда сердцу больно. А расписание поездов не фирмы же придумывают. И компьютеры такая штука не надежная. От всего не возможно застраховаться.
В этом году сын ездил в лагерь Ласпи, заказывали через фирму Ласпи. Все прошло по плану, никаких накладок. Что удивило: перед выездом дней за 7 звонила девушка из Ласпи и спрашивала все справки у нас готовы к лагерю, еще раз проверила время и дату встречи детей. Претензий нет! Только хорошая оценка работы!

So blaming Laspi here is not the right place. This is the first. And the second is that Kakadu is one of the best Crimean camps, and apparently, all the mother's negativity ended with the departure of the train. And one hundred percent that the child returned happy and rested, and the defect with the railway package was made up for by compliments from the camp, because. VERY responsible people work in it. But something positive - not a word! In general, the review is unreliable and looks like a black order.
Странный какой-то отзыв, и похоже не по адресу. Организацией доставки и сопровождения в "Какаду" занимаются службы самого лагеря, и тут не важно, у кого покупается путевка в лагерь - у Ласпи или еще у кого. Так что винить Ласпи здесь - не по адресу. Это первое. А второе, это то, что Какаду - один из лучших крымских лагерей, и видимо, весь негатив мамочки закончился с отправлением поезда. И сто процентов, что ребенок вернулся счастливый и отдохнувший, а недочет с ЖД пакетом был заглажен комплиментами от лагеря, т.к. в нем работают ОЧЕНЬ ответственные люди. Но что-то о положительном - ни слова! В общем отзыв недостоверный и похож на черную заказуху.
