On the way back, they forgot to pick us up, we were nervous about this. We ask at the reception, like a normal hotel, they say that this should be. But it turned out that they drove past our hotel. →
We phoned the manager and arranged a meeting. They arrived and got to work. Everything went without incident and unpleasant surprises. Everything is as usual. On the way, everything was fine, without transfers and delays, both with the transfer and with flights. We did not use the services of hotel guides, as we traveled well ourselves. →
We turned to the representative office of the agency for banal reasons - it is located literally in the next house and our friends spoke very well of it ... The managers worked for 5+ - we rested in a hotel that suited us in all respects, at a very pleasant price and at a convenient time for ourselves . All our wishes were taken into account, including good coffee and a fruit shop nearby. → |
