We did not like anything in the agency, we had an agreement in which the terms of payment for the tour were specified, but they called us 1.5 or 2 months in advance and demanded to immediately pay the entire amount. And only after I dealt with this situation through their central office for a very long time, they seemed to be lagging behind, but we still paid earlier, closer to departure, because they started calling us again. Everything was fine with the transfer, the flights were not transferred. I want to say that earlier, I had already traveled with the GO WITH US agency, but we worked with other departments and everything was in order, but here it was generally very difficult to talk to them, although we tried.
