Everything was fine with the work of the agency. But there was a flight delay, about 12 hours, due to the fault of the UIA air carrier. But on the contrary, it’s a plus for us, because we spent more time in the hotel and we were paid for our stay, then everything was wonderful. They offered us excursions and we took advantage, everything was also good.
