This summer we bought a tour to Bulgaria through this agency. Upon arrival there, it turned out that the hotel was not paid for and no one was waiting for us there. It turned out (already the next day they found out) that Iltur had gone bankrupt. "Let's go with us" did not help us, not even with advice. In the end, thanks to our consulate, who helped us get home.
All in all, I would not recommend this agency. In an emergency they will not help, they will be afraid only for their reputation and money.
