I strongly recommend against dealing with this agency.
My situation:
emphasizing how important it is for me to get a multiple-entry visa to the Czech Republic (with my visa history there were great chances for this), I bought the tour. At the same time, the agency manager assured that a personal interview is not required for the cartoon. The next day, after paying for the tour, I called the Czech consulate to find out the conditions for obtaining such a visa - I was told that a personal interview was required for this. Moreover, if the travel agency at the same time makes a note that the tourist wants a cartoon, but does not write him down for an interview, then the documents of such a tourist simply will not be accepted ....
My paperwork has been accepted...
What does this mean? That they deliberately deceived me - before leaving for the advertiser, the manager wanted to quickly and easily get me a tour, but in the end, when I, of course, get a one-time visa, say - oops, well, we can’t guarantee anything.
As a result - money spent, a useless trip (one of the goals of which was to obtain a multiple-entry visa) and damaged nerves.
Naturally, no one offered us discounts / compensation.
The director of the agency was aware of all this - and nothing. Upon arrival, no one even called us, did not even apologize. I suspect that "not to stand on ceremony with clients" directors themselves train their managers - ours was probably praised

Did you remember about it almost a year later? When is there a crisis in the tourism industry (you have almost no clients), and you distribute certificates for 500 hryvnias? what generosity! certificate will not save you. as well as FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS.
No one else would go anywhere with you anyway.

Вы об этом вспомнили почти через год? Когда в туриндустрии кризис (у вас почти нет клиентов), и вы раздаете сертификаты на 500 гривен? какое великодушие! сертификат вас не спасет. как и ФЕЙКОВЫЕ ПОЗИТИВНЫЕ ОТЗЫВЫ.
С вами бы все равно никто больше никуда не поехал.
