I strongly recommend against dealing with this agency.
My situation:
emphasizing how important it is for me to get a multiple-entry visa to the Czech Republic (with my visa history there were great chances for this), I bought the tour. At the same time, the agency manager assured that a personal interview is not required for the cartoon. The next day, after paying for the tour, I called the Czech consulate to find out the conditions for obtaining such a visa - I was told that a personal interview was required for this. Moreover, if the travel agency at the same time makes a note that the tourist wants a cartoon, but does not write him down for an interview, then the documents of such a tourist simply will not be accepted ....
My paperwork has been accepted...
What does this mean? That they deliberately deceived me - before leaving for the advertiser, the manager wanted to quickly and easily get me a tour, but in the end, when I, of course, get a one-time visa, say - oops, well, we can’t guarantee anything.
As a result - money spent, a useless trip (one of the goals of which was to obtain a multiple-entry visa) and damaged nerves.
Naturally, no one offered us discounts / compensation.
The director of the agency was aware of all this - and nothing. Upon arrival, no one even called us, did not even apologize. I suspect that "not to stand on ceremony with clients" directors themselves train their managers - ours was probably praised

The date of purchase of the tour is 07/20/2012, the date of the point of frenzy is 01.03 13. and this is "cured by family and work." And everywhere you managed to visit us, and everywhere you felt bad both in the Crimea, and in the Carpathians, and abroad. Some masochism. Poor you, and vicious and envious and unhappy. Составляя подобные пасквили руководствуйтесь немного логическими умозаключениями. а то как-то неправдоподобно.Дата приобретения тура 20.07.2012, дата точки исступления 01 .03 13. и это "вылеченного семьей и работой". И везде- то вы с нами успели побывать, и везде-то вам было плохо и в Крыму, и в Карпатах, и за границей. Мазохизм какой-то. Бедные вы,и злобные и завистливые и несчастные. А по поводу Нади, то на ее базе за восемь лет было всего две крысы: Игорь Семенюк и Таня Горобец, оставившие данный комментарий, обязательно ей его покажу, и надеюсь, у нее для вас найдется парочка справедливых слов.
