There were no comments at all, there were only positive reviews. In particular, we were late for work time, the young lady waited for us. It’s understandable, the sale of a service, but it’s still nice that they waited. We didn’t have any major transfers, we didn’t run into trouble. We went on excursions, but nothing special. We just treat them coldly, because the main goal is coastal recreation. →
I liked everything in the agency, the support was to the end, they even registered tickets. If there were any questions, I asked them. At the airport we were met by a guide, but there was no guide on the bus that took us to the hotel. The driver did not speak English, we were silently taken to the hotels and that's it. No one provided any information about the country, for example. →
We liked the agency. everything was great. There were no problems with flights or transfers. →
I chose a travel agency because I had already traveled with them before. The work of the manager can be assessed as good. Careful, paperwork completed on time. But, unfortunately, the travel agency could not influence the hotel to provide a normal room. I would not rule out using this travel agency again. →
We use the services for the selection of our trips only by this company, and in our opinion the best of the managers, Kosuha Anna, helps us in this. We are grateful for the help in choosing trips, for organizing our vacation, for the professionalism of the manager. →
