We had a manager Dianochka, just a smart girl, a golden girl. She confirmed everything to us, called us back, we arrived, took the tickets. She wrote to us on viber, worried about us. Departure was delayed, the guide from the TEZ tour was a bit unorganized, if we had arrived on time for registration, we would not have been sitting at the very tail of the plane.
