As for the work of the agency - no problems or complaints, everything went wonderfully. They certainly are not to blame for our delayed flight.
But our flight was postponed 3 times. And the flight was delayed for about 7 hours. Such a delay was before the flight to rest. The return flight was on time. We were supposed to leave for vacation at 3, and left at 10 pm. It was quite an embarrassing moment.
