I chose a travel agency for the first time, relying purely on intuition and reviews on the Internet, and I have never regretted that I had chosen this one. We were guided by a wonderful manager who really knows his job. Very quickly picked up a suitable tour, took into account all our wishes regarding the hotel. There were, of course, nuances, but they are not so significant and more related to the technical equipment of the agency. But the main thing is the human side of the service, isn't it?
