The agency is pretty good. But the transfer, when organizing transportation on the tour, I did not like. Now, if now it was still necessary to go through the countries, I would refuse. I'd rather purposefully go to one country. And then you ride in a group, everyone climbs anywhere and does who and what he wanted. I don't like this kind of organization. I purchased a trip called "French for Beginners". Our guide was very bad, I don't remember his name. But he didn’t tell or show much, it was completely uninteresting and there was little information. For bus sightseeing trips, there should be normal comfortable buses. If we were lucky with the place, then people had a distance between the seats of 30 cm, people just suffered. Yes, and it was better to do everything more organized, to convey more information. I definitely don't want to go on that kind of trip again.
