Under the pretext of conducting advertising tours in the UAE, which offer conditions for accommodation in 5 * hotels and other benefits, the Prestige Tour travel agency is conducting a large-scale campaign to illegally collect money from tourists.
As a result, at the airport, tourists and travel agency employees are confronted with the fact that they are provided with a 2 * hotel, in addition, they send tourists without issuing visas, without vouchers and information about the host in the UAE. In short, these are not promotional tours, in which both sides (Ukrainian and in the UAE) always try to make every effort to create an image for themselves and expand the client network, but real scamming and ripping off.
In addition, a group of 15 people who flew to the Emirates on 12/04/2010 had to spend the night at the Sharjah airport, due to the fact that the "Prestige Tour" did not send documents for opening visas in time and did not receive issued visas from their partners in the UAE for the whole group.
12/06/2010 "Prestige Tour" sends the next group - 25 people. Again with all conceivable and unimaginable violations, i.e. except for an air ticket and group insurance, tourists are not provided with anything, as a result, 2 tourists from the group, due to the lack of visas, were deported to Ukraine !!!!!
Lord!!! Who wants extreme sports, thrills, spoiled vacation, ripping off, rudeness, incompetence - all in the "Prestige Tour" !!!
In Turkey for the fourth time, but it seems that for the first time you hear that the rules of settlement and eviction are in no way connected with the time of arrival and departure of flights. The settlement according to the rules goes from 14:00, the release of rooms until 12:00. In some countries, check-in even from 15:00 (particularly in hotels in the USA). I can't stand it when everyone who is not too lazy writes the same thing in a review, something like "we swam - we know" ...
В Турции в четвертый раз, но такое впечатление, что впервые слышите, что правила поселения и выселения никак не связаны во временем прилета и вылета рейсов. Поселение по правилам идет с 14:00, освобождение номеров до 12:00. Ав некоторых странах поселение даже с 15:00 (в частности в отелях в США). Терпеть не могу, когда каждый, кому не лень, пишет в отзыве одно и то же, что-то вроде "плавали - знаем"...
